Suitable for a special group of high ability children
Description: Site with Magician Theme requiring the pupils to find a magic code. Suitable for high ability pupils would involve a number of hours work.


3. Title: Till Challenge (Flash required) Good fun, though it uses sterling

Description: Try and serve as many customers as possible in the time given. The customer gives in money and you must give the correct change. There are 4 levels of difficulty and 3 levels of speed.

Description: A variety of interactive games in number, algebra, measurement, space, chance, data and money. Easy to use and lots of games to choose from. Flash required, available to download from the site.

5. Title: Solve the Da Vinci Code Excellent site. Could be used as class challenge or as individual challange

Description: This site is aimed at the more able pupils in sixth class. It offers exciting challenges in the form of patterns and puzzles. This site will take a couple of lessons to complete.

Description: This golfing activity lets you play one hole or nine! You must rotate, reflect or translate the golf ball. Have fun!

Description: This site contains 29 logical problems (with solutions). These problems will offer a great challenge to the children in your class who enjoy spending time thinking and reasoning about a problem.

8. Title: Interactive Time Zones (Flash Required) Good for teaching understanding time zones.

Description: Use this map of the world to locate any country and the time zone it is in. It will also pronounce any country or city listed.
